33.44 mi in 02:37:26 hours at 12.74 mi/h on Specialized Sequoia Elite. [Cycling] had a good ride today. I rode with Molly most of the way, then I put in a fast 10 miles in the middle. It was a new route today. I haven't mapped it on bikeley yet. Started at Bonita rode down the Sweetwater river path then towards the silver strand path. It was a bit late so I didn't go all the way to Coronado. Fighting a cold righ tnow too.
